The house was really good location not in centre of city but very close so not noisy and easy access to city. The house was so easy to locate and had all the amenities that was needed for the stay. Owner was super responsive and answered all questions politely and as needed.

Very good of the room. 1) Room size is big. 2) Beds are big. 3) Light is bright. 4) Water is hot (good for shower). 5) Floor heater is warm. 6) Room is clean. 7) Accessories for the room is sufficient (such as towels, pillows, bedsheet, tissue rolls) Richard (Management person) is very helpful and nice. Really recommend to other travellers.

It was a great space! Cheap money, it was close to the subway station (about 5 minutes walk), and the convenience store was also very close to the accommodation. If you are looking for a cost-effective accommodation, I would definitely recommend it.

The host was really welcoming and great! He helped me contact the lost and found when I left something on the bus. The location was between Yeoksam and Gangnam station which made going to the places nearby very accessible ^_^

The location was very convenient. It was very close to the subway and airport bus stop. It is in a reasonable distance to most tourist attraction areas. There are also convenient stores and restaurants nearby. I would think the location is the best feature of this guesthouse. The guesthouse was also pest-free, which i greatly appreciated. The locks on the main door and room door also helped me feel safe when living at the guesthouse. The shower water heated up quickly, and it was comfortable to take showers. The AC also worked very well to cool the room.
