Everything is perfect. We had large snd fancy room (in a form of yurt, but made of wood with big window and all the comfort.) and a.c which is a big extra. The room is new and everything is first class. Very comfortable bed with soft linen. They gave lots of thinking to their guests. Our host was so nice and helpful. The location is in a tranquil village, short ride to the lake and several nice restaurants.

I like the homelike environment of the guesthouse. It was really an amazing stay there. There were many Cherry & Apricot trees loaded with fruits inside the compound. I wish I could stay some more days.

- Comfortable mattress AND pillow, incredibly warm blankets and cosy - 6ply toilet paper (SO NICE!), only the best for us. - absolutely beautiful and cosy room - it’s like visiting your grandma (host), so much love for us, only wished we could speak Russian/Kyrgyz to communicate better. Lots of hand gestures and google translate. The sweetest lady - free use of washing machine, kitchen, basically everything - we were given wool slippers and bath robes and fluffy towels during our stay - Host made our bed in the morning - garden FULL of apple and pear trees, beetroot and carrots growing, so nice! We could pick and were given many to eat - Property Manager (not the host) was incredibly responsive via booking.com & WhatsApp - Breakfast was insane. We ate as much as we could and still had enough to takeaway for our lunches. Incredibly generous!

Everything was excellent — very comfortable and incredibly affordable. The rooms are cozy and traditionally styled, each with a private bathroom and shower. The host is exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast is generous and delicious. There's also a lovely garden with tables where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The cabins are really really nice ( and were made by the owner ) they have everything you may need amd are super super clean there are towels, hairdryer, slipers, kettle, a nice new bathroom, and heater, among others. Breakfast is abundant and house made. Really tasty. Most of the ingredients are from the house farm of the owner , so really natural and tasty. Owner is super nice. Is a really helpful person. He can organise several things for you. We had a issue with our rental car and needed to wait for a replacement car while at this property and they were super super helpful ! Got some lift to a restaurant , also a number of a local taxi and managed to stay extra time at the room for waiting. Also, he also helped us by giving us some local contacts for the next town stop of the trip. Really nice person Location is good within bokonbayevo, good views of the mountains; walking distance from the main road, but far enough to be quiet and nice

The host is very helpful. She can’t speak english. However, her son is a very polite boy can speak english. He arranged us for the eagle hunting show and we are happy with it. The house is very clean. We washed our clothes and host provided proper place to hang for drying. Delicious breakfast was prepared. All the kitchen equipments are available. She even allowed us to go to her farm to pick apples.

Excellent central though quiet position. Very nice family of three generations. After breakfast I played some traditional games with sheep bones with the 10 year old boy of the owner. The boy speaks English amazingly well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated with traditional wallhangings and carpets. And they are heated as the nights get cold in October! Excellent restaurant in the park, 10 minutes walk away. Very efficient and friendly young guy leading the local CBT. At very short notice he made a mountain tour to a ruined Oirat buddhist site possible.
