The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was perfect- cosy for 5 but fine and the shower was amazing- great pressure.! Loved the dressing gowns provided and best breakfast we could have imagined! Great location to train station and port for ferry.

I was really surprised by how cozy and comfortable the place was. The amenities/freebies were top notch and the staff were super duper helpful. Best place we stayed in Japan.
