Comfortable room. Very easy self check-in and check-out even though no staff was present in person. I messed up and left without paying (I thought I had prepaid, oops), the owner was friendly and helpful sorting this out.

Location of the property is great, Grocery store, pharmacy and drug store are around the corner. Restaurants, coffee shops and even children playground are in a walkable distance near the property. Ski-Bus that drives to the Sulden is just in front of the Hotel. Simply perfect. There are plenty of activities one can do with or without kids during the winter as well as in summer. Property owner was always there for any question we had and was always open for suggestions around restaurants, activities etc. Would definitely highly recommend this Village and especially property Pension & Residence Astoria.

We were sent to their partner hotel, 5 minutes away and right on the lake. It was fantastic! Beautiful views, comfortable bed, lovely room.

The Hotel is located in a fabulous mountains area. All the staff was very friendly and eager to help. The value for money was an important plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay, it was too short for the activities that can be done in the area.

We had a room upgrade with a beautiful view and balcony! Very clean and comfortable bed, very good and various breakfast with local and home made products (jams, cheeses, yogurt, sliced meats). Parking on site, very quiet and relaxing, with very friendly staff.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely excellent. It has been built to a very high quality standard and all the furnishings are similarly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have had, with items of a high standard and locally sourced. It is located on the edge of a pretty village, full of character. It was a perfect stop having driven over the Stelvio Pass that afternoon. Our balcony had a view of the mountains in the distance. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the Alps.
