HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL & COMMUNICATIVE RE: OUR INITIAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROPERTY & OUR GORGEOUS CONTEMPORARY ACCOMMODATIONS, & EXTREMELY HELPFUL DURING OUR STAY...THE ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS WERE EXCEPTIONAL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE VILLA & OUR BEAUTIFUL 2-BD / 2-BATH APARTMENT WHICH HAD WONDERFUL MATERIALS CHOSEN & UTILIZED, LOVELY CALM COLOR PALETTE, BEAUTIFUL PORCLAIN TILE FLOORING, TILE WAINSCOTTINGS IN THE BATHS & SHOWER STALLS, BEAUTIFUL DOORS & HARDWARE & LIGHT FIXTURES, VERY NICE EFFICIENT DESIGNED KITCHENETTE...PLUS ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FREINDLY..THE VILLA PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA, ACROSS FROM A BEAUTIFUL PARK, QUIET SURROUNDINGS, CENTRALLY LOCATED TO THE LOVELY QUAINT TOWN OF SANTA MARGHERITA ON THE ITALIAN RIVIERA... This was the perfect place to stay and Sonia was over and above friendly and accommodating. She offered suggestions of places to eat and drink, and added some lovely touches to make our stay extra special. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. And location was perfect.

We loved the stay, the apartment is super specious, comfortable and really clean, everything was just amazing. You have whatever you might need. The location is really nice close to the centar and beaches are 10 min walk. The host was more than frinedly and kind. It’s also pet friendly with no extra charge! The host is extremely nice person who share with us several suggestions where to eat the best food.
