It was an awesome stay. The staff are very accommodating. The room was excellent overlooking the square. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean. The wifi worked great. They really bent over backwards to make me feel at home. I would definitely stay for much longer and recommend them to others. I came as a guest and left as family!!! Make this your place of choice if visiting Napoli!!!! You will not regret it.

Everything. You have a feeling of staying at 4-5 star hotel. They were friendly, check in was easy, everything was done on time. Room was super comfortable, clean, great view. Amenities were top notch.

Perfect location. Luigi's instructions for self check in were very understanding, and was very easy. Clean rooms. A bit noisy at night but we were above the road so we knew it might have noice.

A stylish air-conditioned room equipped with everything one might need. There's a coffee machine and many materials containing helpful tips for tourists in the building. The room does not get noisy, despite having a small balcony oriented towards a busy street. The host and his daughter were unbelievably helpful and kind at all situations, always eager to give tips not only regarding tourist attractions, but also practical things a tourist might need – from a laundromat to a place selling fabric. He was always just a few clicks of the keyboard away – even called us a taxi to the beach when we had a problem with Uber and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. He cares a lot about his guests. I strongly believe that Sergio has both found passion in what he is doing and that he is great at it. Thank you.
