the building is beautiful and in a nice but not too touristic location. Only a short walk from the main bus station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo building. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is outstanding.

A great place to stay to visit Venice. Especially if you are traveling by car. It is very convenient to leave the car at the nearest station and go to Venice by train. It is very cheap, fast and safe. The owners will explain to you in detail how to do it. In short, it takes 6 minutes to get from the hotel to the nearest station by car. There you park in a free, safe parking lot and get to Venice by train in 20 minutes. The train runs every half hour. So about the hotel. A very clean, new, modern hotel with a large restaurant at the hotel on the ground floor. The owners of the hotel are very nice and kind. Maria waited for our arrival at 10 pm. Breakfast is very good. Dinner in the restaurant was great. In the evening the restaurant was almost full of visitors, which says a lot about the quality of the food. There is free parking. I highly recommend it to those who travel by car and want to visit Venice without problems, inexpensively and get only positive emotions from the trip.
