First of all, Monica was super welcoming and even if I only speak few italian she used an ipad to translate our conversation in real time, super easy! I felt like at home from the first moment. The house is very clean, with a nice terrace and garden, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and tidy, with nice decoration and lots of amenities and details like coffee, water, snacks, etc. Each morning, the room is cleaned like an hotel service, which I was surprised, thank you! What is also great and was essential for my stay is that they let you get a bicycle during the stay without an extra cost. This was super helpful to explore the area, which is very adapted to bicycle mobility. Every time I saw Monica and her husband they were super nice and warm with me. For sure I’ll repeat this place if I visit the area again. Grazie mille!!!

If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. We recommend this wonderful place and the very warm welcoming owners of this place! ♥️

Mr Matteo. Wonderful, unpretentious, and his bar. Italians like that are a thing of the past... The bathroom tiles are the most beautiful in the world. Delicious coffee, delicious ham. And the town is charming. Close to the sea. I RECOMMEND IT!!! We're going back there for a month :)

The property is extremely comfortable and cozy. The photos fully match reality. We are a family with three children, and it was very spacious for us. Cleanliness is at a high level, offering excellent value for money. The apartment is modern. For smokers, there is a designated area in the yard for smoking and relaxation. The parking space in the yard is very convenient. Nearby, there is an outlet center as well as numerous restaurants for dinner and refreshments. The hosts were extremely polite and kind.

The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help, in English as in Italian. The house is decorated with taste, reflecting the Lagoon's palette. It is exactly in the middle of the (admittedly small) island, a short walk away from the Coop supermarket and the vaporetto terminal. The living space is well organized and the kitchen is perfect, even for complex meals (the large fridge was much appreciated).

The King Superior room is amazing. Excellent communication with Mr. Alessandro, he is helpful and answers questions very quickly. The place is quiet in December and the heating works.
