Beautiful haveli, a local heritage building in the heart of the old city, at walking distance from the blue city, the Mehrangarh Fort, the Stepwell, clock tower and many others historical sites. Breathtaking view from the roof terrace, where we had dinner. The room is comfortable and the staff is very kind and responsive. The place is managed by the owner's children, doing an amazing job taking care of the guests. They are a Jain religion family, offering only vegetarian food and no alcohol on their premises. The place cannot be reached by normal car because of the very narrow alleys. You'll need to walk 5 minutes from the clock tower or hire a tuk tuk.

Location is great, 15-20 minute walking to get to the fort. Staff was awesome and friendly. We had the family room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a living space. The hotel also offer food anytime you want. And it was great food. There is a top roof with a beautiful view of the fort. We will definitely book again if we come back in Jodhpur.

We really liked the location in the old city which was nearby the attractions and the room was very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and provided us with all necessary informations about the attractions and where to eat.

I stayed here for two nights and it was exactly what I was looking for. The family that runs this guest house is really lovely and helpful with any inquiry. The guest house has around 6 rooms with a restaurant serving home cooked meals on the rooftop with a great panoramic view of the fort. The prices at the restaurant are very affordable and not inflated for the tourist market like other restaurant prices are. The room had good air conditioning and was very comfortable with fun local decor, comfortable bed, and hot water, and very clean. It’s also centrally located, only a short walk from the fort, clock tower and market, stepwell, local restaurants, and the temple/mausoleum. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend staying here :-)

5 star for Baijoo Niwas. We spent 2 nights at this oasi hotel in Jodhpur and we had a great time. Very very clean room and restroom, bed sheets and towels. They provide shampoo and hair dryer. The rooms are also very nice, with beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds! Breakfast is very good, they have fruits, cake and toast and they also can make for you pancakes or omelets and Indian breakfast delicatessen (like samosa) The hotel is an old Rajasthani house/haveli but very well renovated. The small courtyard and rooftop are very nice. The rooms are very nice and clean, with beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds! Hot water is always available. It is also quiet during the night so you can sleep well. Location was perfect for us, it is in the city center but 8 minutes walking from the blue city that it is a good thing. It's our best place we stayed so far in jodhpur we stayed some different places i jodhpur but it becomes our favourite. Beautiful space for travelers nicely done clean and spacious room along with tiny balcony. Perfect hosting experience and helpful peoples especially guru and bala all times available. Do not escape their food which was awesome.

I loved everything about this hotel. Our host - Sushil - was helpful and generous, the staff were friendly, the rooftop terrace breakfasts were spectacular and tasty. A wonderful area of town! The location of property is in centre for all place. Very clean room and supportive staff. Nice place and very nice gardaning & greenery. The owner is super friendly, and helpful. We were even helped with carrying baggage. Awesome breakfast. Tip for you, go in the early morning 7am to see Mandore Gardens. There are heaps of monkeys there 🐒
