The property is nice surrounded by trees and charming with the rabbits around. We felt really welcome and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations for our stay (restaurants, activities) and cut us a fresh coconut directly from the tree to drink.

Once arrived in Bintang Tiga Bungalows we were pampered by the lovely staff (a special thanks goes to Otti - I hope I spelled the name correctly) and the charming nature of this island. The bungalows are in the north, 20 min walking from the harbour area, immersed in a beautiful garden and a few meters away from a relaxing sandy beach. The bungalow was confortable and well equipped. The rooms are also served by a bar/restaurant serving nice breakfasts and fresh natural food.

Simple accommodation as expected on Gili Air, very calm, peaceful, clean rooms, tea/coffee station, nice garden - but most of all, amazing staff. The manager of this guesthouse was very very kind. My 4 year old daughter got sick and he was very kind, offering late check out etc. He also gave her a little gift before we left. A kind and relaxing place. If we hadn't already booked subsequent accommodation, I would have been happy to stay here for longer. The only thing - as always bothers me in Indonesia - is that the staff smoke in the common areas/ outside your rooms. I've become accustomed to this, but it still bothers me, particularly with a young child. But this is nothing new - it happens everywhere in Bali/Gili, it's just part of the culture. So I can't fault the accommodation for it.

We had such an amazing time here. Beautiful, fun staff, made great friends and found the island wonderful. Dived off the beach with the turtles on the other side of the island - the whole walk on the path around the island was 5km - flat. No cars or motorbikes, just horses and wagons which made it very peaceful. The staff were super helpful and the food was amazing.

Clean comfortable room with a tv that has Netflix capability, it well equipped and had everything we needed. The property is in a quiet location but still walking distance from the main shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really tasty each morning and the staff were really friendly and super helpful. They also had a cat who was just the friendliest we have met yet!!!

The location right on the beach. So peaceful to wake up and have my Lombok Coffee looking at the sea and then relax at the end of the day after adventures watching the sunset Everyone was so so friendly. The bungalow and basic yet comfortable. Best shower i had during our Indo trip. Excelent value for money

    A greta place to relax in Bangsal after Mt Rinjani trek. Michael was a great host and helped us sort our return trip to Bali. The food was amazing and the homemade pizza was our favourite. Other than been close to the main road (which was quite enough at night) it was a lovely stay.
