The staff were amazing. The hospitality of staff in Indonesia is amazing. Little things like when we left, one of the staff offered to fill my kids water bottles for the journey without prompting. Very caring. Or after the kids had been swimming they offered us a drying rack without prompting. Breakfast for the kids was great; either omlette, toast or pancakes. Cereal was available 24/7. The pool was available 24/7, with lighting overnight. Honestly amazing hotel and staff, so great value too. They were very accomodating with us on our check out day even though they were fully booked that night.

Amazingly beautiful place, quiet, with good breakfast and clean swimming pool. Staff was also really helpful. Great location with really good restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood.
