Amazing view!! We loved the balcony and we’re lucky to get one of the bathrooms to ourselves. We didn’t use the kitchen, so can’t give feedback on that. Seemed good though. Very good location - a 10 minutes walk downhill. A tougher walk going back home, but definitely worth it. We also loved Bellevue Beach which is a 30-minutes walk from the apartment.

At first, the number of steps up from the Stradun (main street of Old Town Dubrovnik) to the front door and then the stairs to our apartment (on the top floor) were daunting, but by the end of our stay they had become second nature. Our manager, Biba, went above and beyond in assisting us with a porter to carry our luggage up and down and in responding instantly to our every request, even when she was unwell, recommending places of interest, tours, restaurants, etc.; Biba made our stay all that more enjoyable Our room was compact and comfortable, cosy, quiet at night and clean; all facilities were available. The apartments are ideally located in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, just minutes away from everything.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples for one night. The villa is strategically located near the bus stop and a supermarket. The villa indeed has a charming ambience with swimming pools and overlooking the blue Adriatic sea. The staff is very helpful to transfer our luggages to our rooms as there are steps to the different floors. We enjoyed the ala carte breakfast very much with the fantastic views. We also had our dinner at the restaurant and my friends are happy with the well-served meal. There is a complimentary bottle of red wine in the 2 rooms. Overall, it is a comfortable and luxury stay after 3 weeks in Europe!

The property was really well located, only a 2/3 minute walk from the center. Really comfortable beds, lovely shower and even a well stocked fridge. Everything was spotless. Dubravka was a wonderful host with great communication before and during our stay.

We had s fantastic stay in the sea view apartment. Views are incredible from the terrace and the location was excellent, short walk to the old town, close to the port for any trips to the islands and a lovely 2 mile walk to the Lapad area and some beautiful walks around Babin Kuk. Elly is a fantastic host, so welcoming. We stayed over Easter and she brought us some traditional treats which was so kind and she sorted out our transfers to and from the airport and gave us lots of great information and tips. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back!
