Location was perfect for transportation by bus, tram, and MTR (train). Location also perfect for shopping high end, local style, and marketplace vendors. Great finds for all ages and interests at unbeatable prices. Huge variety of delicious cheap foods and restaurants everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the pillows and down comforters were cozy, the air conditioner was nice and cool, the water and pressure was plenty and hot. Towels and bath mat were provided, as were liquid bath soap and shampoo, which were wall attachments (convenient and much appreciated); the room lights were wonderfully bright, and the windows also fed sunlight into the room. The housekeeper came by each day. Have your phone translator available in case you need something from her (some of them do not speak English very well or at all). There is a refrigerator in the tiny common area outside your door. Kami and Sam were perfectly gracious and helpful receptionists. They were happy, kind, and helpful in many ways. BTW: Call the hotel when you get close to the address. It's not easy to find, unless you use McDonalds as a landmark. It's across the street and three or four shops down from McDonalds.

The location is the best, that's it. The size of the room is just a common thing in Hong Kong because of the lack of the land territory for this country, so just deal with it. Still, it was comfortable to be here just for overnight, because you have to explore Hong Kong, not just sit in the hotel the whole days.

The location was very accessible. It's only a few steps from the Tsim Sha Tsui station & bus stops where you can catch the A21 bus to and from the airport. The room was clean & they had a room for 4 people, which was perfect for my family. The staff was nice and responsive, especially the night staff Sam, who made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The reception person is an excellent person, she always tries to help. I'm talking about Shirle (I don't remember her name) but she made everything very pleasant.
