The most delightful little tiny home with an incredible view. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They even provided a welcome basket which included some essentials including milk and butter! The kitchenette was well equipped. Wish I had stayed longer here!

The Location is very handy and a very helpful owner. The complimentary cereal and milk was a fantastic touch. The extra pillows were great as well as the shower gel in the shower. William came and unlocked a room we had locked the keys inside of at night. He is very accommodating and helpful. We wish him well. We'll definitely be back for Halloween 2024.

Just back from the most amazing stay here and cannot wait to go back! On arrival Teresa showed us all around the house, the kitchen, dining room. There was a beautiful room on the ground floor, all freshly decorated, for people who don’t like stairs. The kitchen was spotless and very well stocked, we could make tea and coffee when we wanted and there was a fabulous complimentary breakfast. We even had our own garage to park our car… I believe all guests get their own garage because other people we met while we were there had their own garage too. Teresa (such a friendly, welcoming person, like all Derry people) took great time to show us a map of the city and key areas of interest for visitors. The room was just beautiful: so clean, beautifully decorated with crisp colours. Everything was so clean and we really did feel like we were at home. The location honestly could not have been better… Waterloo Street (with all the best pubs) was literally at the end of the street, yet still far enough away to not have problematic late night noise. We kept our bedroom window open all night and didn’t hear any loud music at night even though the best bars in town were a 2-3 minute walk away.

Spacious beds, stayed with my two sisters and mother, lovely breakfast, lovely staff, very close to the city centre, I actually loved being just outside the city centre, lovely views as you cross the bridge into the city and staff gave great recommendations for food.
