The owner was so kind:)) After we travelled to another country, we missed the flight. So we stayed here. The next day, we had a lot of time to wait to get the next flight, but we didn't have so many things to do, it was raining outside, and we were kinda tired... then she let us stay in the kitchen after checkout time. We could relax a lot and could kill the time. Even though we also visited the next town (Stansted Mountfitc), and we enjoyed little time staying in England^^ And also thank you for saving my phone charge😁

Lovely old thatch house. The grouse unit was large with kitchenette and sofa. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. There was a kettle, teas and coffee available, a refrigerator and a microwave too plus a state of the art TV.

the pond outside windows of kitchen and bedroom tranquil and beautiful surrounding close to nature and the Hatfield Forrest, the bird songs during dawn and dusk was lovely generous provision of amenity Evi being very welcoming and thoughtful in offering hospitality (came out from the house next to the annex and saw us off when we were ready for check out) close to STN airport (8 mins drive) easy parking inside the annex, clear driving direction Evi recommended Lion and Lamb for dinning at Little Canfield, which was superb in food quality and the landscape outside the window was relaxing….

Great location, really clean with nice sheets and towels. Great lighting, plugs, hooks in bathroom. Easy to park. I even got a free upgrade, so thank you so much for eveything, I have to return to the area for work occasionally and I'll try and stay again.
