I booked a low floor room by mistake, reception was super helpful they had a higher floor room empty so they switched me free of charge. The hotel itself also restoration old building, it looks really nice, rooms are great as well.

The location is just superb. The balcony view is great. Clean simple room. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice bed. Clean toilete and bathroom. The old stone floor is very interesting and authentic, perfect for the hot summer temperature. But for winter is a bit cold. So take the warm socks.

Absolutely suggested!! Located right in the middle of the old town, cleanliness was perfect! The staff is very helpful. I think there is no better place where to stay in Cadiz, very good value for money!!
