The apartment was super nice, it was very clean, and it was very comfortable for four people. The location is also very nice, very close to the city center and palace. But the best part was the staff of the hotel which was always super helpful, and willing to help.

Excellent property, clean very nicely decorated, very friendly staff. The overall experience would put many 2 or 3 star hotels to shame. Highly recommend this establishment as a base or stopover. The price was exceptionally inexpensive.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay very conveniently located near the Pinto train station. We stayed in the hotel due to the proximity of Parque Warner Madrid. The hotel owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating with our requests. They were able to help us understand the shuttle service to Parque Warner. We had to leave early to take a train the next morning and they allowed us to check out early and even gave us pastries for breakfast on the train. The breakfast itself was delicious. We had toast with olive oil and ham, some coffee and pastries. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.
