Helpful staff, location, breakfast, cleaning, free water, tea and coffee. One of hotel’s staff Sabri is the best, he helped us when we arrived the hotel. Number 2 is Muhammed, he helped us when we check out. Keep our luggage safely about 6 hours. Sarah is in the 3rd place because we spend so little time. But she is so energetic and cutie. It’s the best value of money in Giza without any doubt. The staff was super friendly and accommodating especially mr Hani. They offered us a bigger room with a great view on the pyramids. The room was clean and comfortable .I liked the breakfast .it was nutritious ( foul, falafel , eggs , coffee or tea , bread , jam) .The dinner was good as well (fried chicken , juice , salad , Tahina sauce , pickled vegetables). The location is great if you want to visit the pyramids as it’s very near to the ticket office (10 min walking ). Highly recommended ! Thank you mr Hany and the staff.
