The contact person is very responsive and friendly. Everything is good. The only drawback is the location which is very high up hill and is more suitable for people that have a car. Walking can be very tiring from the center to the house due to the steepness.

Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!
