we had the tower room with private bathroom which was absolutely gorgeous!!! easy to Organise Tours when you are there. everything worked well (the Peru sloth tour was by far the best). good food at a very good price.

I had an exceptional stay at RENASE. Joanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve came across in my six months travelling South America. She is a bird enthusiast and we went birdwatching around the reserve; she also offered local Amazonian juices & drinks for me to try. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the lodge itself is beautiful, being set within the jungle and built using a traditional bamboo structure. It is located just off the road and easily reached by bus from Leticia. Joanna helped organise my tours and was always on hand to assist. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, in fact I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Excepcional rooms. Very clean, had great A/C and a fan, good water pressure in showers. Even had a clothing rack to dry out wet clothes from jungle tours. Drinking water for free, and a cold fridge to store it, and instant coffee was available. Kitchen was kept very clear. Very friendly staff. The wifi was the most reliable we could find in town. Would highly recommend if looking for a cheaper option with great A/C.

We loved our stay. The lady owning the place was very sweet and helped us with everything (even though our Spanish is very bad). The accommodation was very spacious and clean. I loved the cold showers in the morning. The Apartment is located not too far from the airport. You can get there easily by foot. We had some trouble finding the right house since there is no street signs but we just asked someone and they helped us.
