It was very clean. The air was fresh, there were windows, so there was light into the room. The temperature was appropriate. There was not noise from other guests, except from some lights footsteps. The hosts were the most hospitable I have met in my time in Bulgaria. Very welcoming, kind and make you feel at home.

The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden. The place was super clean and warm, and very welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and even got a change of sheets/towels halfway through! The staff were very lovely and accommodating. There are 2 kitchen, a small kitchen with just a fridge/kettle and microwave, and a large kitchen with everything- so best of both worlds!

Hosts are very nice and gave us a lot of good advice about where to go and where to eat. The yard was perfect for our 3 & 5 year old to play in. The family room is huge and well stocked with blankets, towels and toiletries. A great family house!

The accomondation was more than perfect, thanks to Irena. She is a very kind and helpful host! We booked two rooms, as we were a company of 6, and both were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. We really loved the area around, as the place is located in the historical center. It is highly recommended.

This was a lovely family Inn, quaint and homey. The rooms were lovely and well appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful. The eating area and outside were lovely too. Close to things in town. And breakfast was terrific! I really enjoyed my time in Bansko and would highly recommend this place.
