I recently booked a stay at the Hotel Chance in Sarafovo, Burgas, for my mom, and I have to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hostess was most helpful. I forgot my sunglasses with lenses and she took upon her to send them to next destination where they arrived in time. Thanks a lot. The room was like a studio in fresh colours and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The room also has a well furnished balcony.

The apartment is newly and stylishly renovated, the same as shown in the pictures. Self check in was easy. The owner is very helpful - we had a problem with our car on the way back to the airport, we asked for help and he arranged help within 5 minutes so we didn't miss our flight. Very grateful for that. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.
