Friendly and helpful host. Good location, perfect startpoint for several trails. Bus stop just outside the house as well as several restaurants. Parking and breakfast included. Accepts dogs. And the view is fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic place, beautiful apartments, excellent owners, very kind and helpful. Great location, 50m to the ski bus station, 1 min to the main skiing arena. Apartments itself very large, comfortable, fully equiped, fully recomended for familly vacation.

Very, very nice place with fireplace in living room, you really feel Austria and Mountain, very closed to slopes, restaurants and apres ski. The hosts are eager to give you all the information and they make your stay amazing. We recomand Auszeit!

    A sparkling clean house with a stunning view to the mountains. You just can't get enough! :) There is only one neighbouring house, nothing else, so it is absolutely quiet and undistrupted. The host is a lovely man, he is very kind, patient, and always has a nice word for everyone. He also gave us a room upgrade which was really nice! The breakfast is delicious. The place is also close to everything by car.

    Wonderful surroundings, close to the city center, this pension met our expectations! The hosts are lovely people, the room was spacious, with a gorgeous view and extremely clean, delicious breakfast and overall - we spent a fantastic time! Thank you!

    Great host, she made sure there were vegan options for breakfast for me, there's a fridge with drinks in the corridor, the location is quiet, peaceful and close to nature. Beautiful view from the window and close to the bus stop.
