Everything was perfect. This was more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. We had room 6 with two balconies, a sitting room, and a very private ensuite( no glass walls!) Breakfast was beautifully laid out and eggs and bacon were cooked to order. This is a 129 yr old building but it has been sensitively modernized with everything you could need wrapped up in a very tasteful decor. It is modern rustic meets alpine and extremely comfortable.

It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

    Lovely property with a friendly host. The room was bright and clean with a lovely view over the lake with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep as it was quiet with well fitting curtains. The bathroom was compact but everything worked and the toiletries were nice. Strong WiFi. Breakfast was good with a lovely selection of home made products.
