We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Amazing 👏 simply such a cozy tolkien inspired atmosphere which felt like home for the 2 short nights we spent here. The resturant food was lovely and the included breakfast was top notch. Would recomend to anyone visiting dilijan to stay here at least once. SUPERB!

Outstanding guesthouse. Friendly and helpful people running it, excellent, varied breakfast, great views of the forest and mountains from room with a balcony. A really peaceful, beautiful location. Everything was clean and worked well. Not expensive.

I love the style of the hotel, the interior is amazing, top notch 💕😊 free coffee, new style, a big TV, and amazing views
