The flat and the views are unbeatable and significantly nicer than in the photos! The location is also perfect: Super quiet but still close to the city centre and the most beautiful beaches. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever they have the opportunity they drive you to wherever you want to go that day, free of charge! In addition, they know a lot about the area and have superb recommendations for day trips, beaches, restaurants and local contacts. They also provide regular clean towels, bedding and coffee every morning. There's also a fridge in the garden with soft drinks, beer and water that you can grab yourself. For a holiday in Saranda or Ksamil, this is surely the best place to stay and we will definitely return on our next visit.

Fabeno Villa is the place where you can feel the hospitality of the team include Bernando which he did his best to let us feel comfortable. The location of the Villa is as can see in the picture attached. Breakfast,cocktails and food was very tasty and can notice the traditional quality. We choose the place only 4 nights, at our next coming will definetly stay longer and enjoy more the beach and swimming.

Everything was perfect, the staff, polite, profesional, friendly and unobtrusive, location; close to the harbor, center, shops and restaurants, just above a very nice and clean beach, the sea was also very clean there, it was possibile to enter without shoes. Breakfast: although it was the same every morning, we never got it, everything was prepared with care and taste. Since our stay was in the intense heat of 39°-40°C, we really liked this location; the apartment was completely downstairs, surrounded by lush greenery, air conditioning, which we used very little. The apartment was modernly furnished and clean. I realy giving arating of 10, but this one deserves it, , regardless of the fact that it is not a prestigous variant and i can recommend it.
