Everything—from the service to the amenities—matched the price, making it well worth the money. As a thoughtful touch, they even arranged a free taxi service to the train station. We would highly recommend this hotel; it’s absolutely worth the stay.

We were warmly welcomed by the family Naglmayr who are lovely, friendly people and who helped to make our visit a real pleasure. Their Apartment NH96 is a wonderful place to stay in the charming, picturesque village of Bad Hofgastein. There is a little river running right by the house with a nice paths on either side that you can walk along into the town centre in just a few minutes. Our room was delightful with lots of wood, a comfy bed, great shower, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting area and big balcony with lovely views of the village and the nearby mountains. It was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and quiet with a nice comfortable bed. Our stay at Apartment NH96 also included the Gastein Card which provides free travel on all the the local buses and trains in the Gastein area and which we made good use of to travel up and down the valley. We had an excellent time in Bad Hofgastein doing some fantastic walks in the Gastein valley and on the local mountains as well as enjoyably wandering around the village with its wide range of shops, lovely big park and wide variety of good restaurants. Highly recommended!

It is located 33 km from Eisriesenwelt Werfen and features a lift. Free private parking is available and the apartment also provides ski equipment hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and more. We stayed at no 10- on the top floor - there were 5 of us but the apartment has 3 very comfortable double beds-beautiful rooms- with plenty of storage for your belongings, huge balconies, very well equipped kitchen. There is a safe available in the room too. Both bedrooms have en- suite shower . 2 toilets. Big lounge with TV ! Very very clean ! Staff are very friendly and always helpful- we bumped into a few ladies that always had a smile on their face and helped when needed. The owner also came to welcome us and was very welcoming and helpful! Ski bus stop is right outside the apartments building. Plenty of parking available. Huge ski storage in the basement of the building . Lift is also available to take you to your apartment. There is a Lovely restaurant just across the road. We felt like at home ! Highly recommend !!!

Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade.
