We stayed one in this hotel and we had a great time! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable and very clean; the breakfast was very good with tea, coffee, jam, bread, croissant, bacon, eggs, porridge, fruit, ham, scusate and cheese. Highly recommended

Lovely B&B with welcoming hosts in a great location. Rooms are beautifully done, comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast was nice. I highly recommend Grove Lodge Guesthouse.

Our second visit to this rather magical place, where the welcome is genuine and warm in excellent rooms with great WiFi, a fabulous restaurant, excellent facilities. and excellent parking. We were greeted like family by "Jersey" the barman and welcomed to an excellent room by Eileen and her team. Nicely positioned for the Ring of Kerry and the drive round Slea Head. The absolute icing on the cake, was the kindness of the lady on reception who helped to clean the sand from many beaches, out of the footwells on the hire-car, with her Henry Hoover! Service absolutely above and beyond kind.

This friendly and relaxed hotel has superb views over Killarney's Lower Lake and MacGillicuddy Reeks. It is a gateway to the Ring of Kerry on the shores of Loch Lein.

It was very clean, the stuff was very very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good, the hotel and the rooms very nice decorated, the place was magical, the view from the room was astonishing. It was really Irish countryside. It was like a fairytale. Thank you!

Every single thing from the second we arrived. This hotel is absolutely fantastic, the staff are amazing the food is gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. I would highly recommend staying here I didn't want to leave. The Spa is amazing.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness. John, the owner, went above and beyond to make me feel at home — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. Breakfast was another highlight: simple, genuine, and clearly prepared with love — a perfect start to the day. What really stood out to me was how John handled a small accident I caused in the bathroom. He was incredibly understanding and kind, which made me feel even more grateful to have chosen this place. It’s rare to find such humanity and hospitality. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!
