It was clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to stay, car parking was literally outside the door, brilliant. Town centre was only a five minute walk, great. Breakfast was also very good.

Made very welcome on arrival and throughout our 5 night stay. The rooms throughout the Hotel were beautifully looked after and kept meticulously clean. The bedroom was a very good size with access to a large balcony enjoyed a good night's sleep and the ensuite facilities were adequate. The meals were excellent and always a good choice carefully explained by the superb staff. The hotel was adjacent to the Golf club and the Thermal Baths and itself offered Spa facilities. Must point out how helpful and delightful the Reception Staff were at all times.

A very nice cozy hotel. Breakfast is simple, but you have food of all kinds - eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, bread, etc. We didn't have any allergy restrictions, so no comment about it. Restaurants close by for dinner. Spacious, clean and quite equipped room. Kids were impressed that they had a TV in their chamber too! :-) Parking is just a few meters away from the hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Should we ever come back to Bad Ragaz, we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Staff was unbelievably nice, friendly, accommodating and made the stay fantastic! The facilities were very nice, plenty of things to do. We had good food and nice hiking, scenery.

I can’t really focus on what I love the most about the hotel. It has cozy rooms, it has stunning views, it has great pool areas that must look outworldly in winter. It is an old building but renovated with greatest respect to its original character and at the same time furnished in a way that feels like it was build a year ago. Great taste in design, the nicest staff you could ever think of. The hotel, like Arosa itself is a place where you can recharge your batteries for any challenges ahead! We had a great experience there and are planning our next trip already! Highly recommend taking the half-board option / the dinner is cheaper than what you would usually expect, while the chef does a great job in preparing the compositions and you can (paid extra) choose from some really interesting wine options to go along with it.
