Offering garden views, Strandheimen Guesthouse is an accommodation located in Melhus, 46 km from Orkla Industrial Museum and 13 km from Saupstad Ski Resort. This beachfront property offers access to darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. The location was beautiful and we could walk along the beach with cliff views, sunset views and a wildlife sanctuary nearby. The host was very accommodating and met us when we arrived. We also enjoyed the little kitchenette, and had we stayed longer, the deck would have been wonderful to relax on. The location was in town but very quiet, at least in May ( shoulder season). It would be a nice option for a more relaxed stay in Trondheim, if you don't mind the 20min drive.
