This was probably my favorite part of Costa Rica Trip! It was so surreal to spend some time disconnected and surrounded by such beautiful nature. Loved all the trails, but sandaderos in bosque la tigra was my favorite. It’s a primary and secondary rainforest property they have nearby and you can visit it for a small fee. I saw there more wildlife by myself than in any other forests walking with a guide. I did a night tour and we walked around the property, not even rainforest further out, and saw 3 snakes within the first 5minutes, so many frogs and other insects, and the guide was very knowledgable. I also planted a tree there and it was a really beautiful experience of giving back to the nature and community. Overall service is 10/10, always with a smile, always asking a question or two. No connection at all anywhere except the reception, but wifi there is stronger than in most coworkings I have visited here in Costa Rica. The only thing that was challenging for me personally and I have not seen it mentioned in the comments is if you sometimes get car sick, a road to the property will make you car sick, so please have some medicine handy. But it’s the entire area around that is like this, so just accepting it as part of adventure. I recommend staying for 2-3 nights and spending it in the lodge area enjoying the nature, the best disconnection and reconnection with the self “retreat” 🤭

El alojamiento incluye 1 cama. Green Noise Glamping está ubicado en Fraijanes, a 8.9 km de Poas National Park, y tiene hospedaje con un jardín, una terraza y WiFi gratis. Lugar muy bonito rodeado de naturaleza en la mejor zona. La habitación tiene baño y una pequeña cocina con microondas y maquina de cafe. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio. Mi novia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho, regresaremos pronto!

Flora Glamping de Abuela tiene vista al jardín, WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, y está situado en Fortuna, a 1.1 km de La Fortuna Waterfall.

Lugares cercanos para ir a comer y/o hacer actividades. Wendy fue muy buena y nos explicó todo con detalles. Mi bebé de dos añitos se lo disfrutó mucho. 😊

Ofreciendo vista a la alberca, Hotel Arenal Glamping en Fortuna tiene hospedaje, una alberca al aire libre, un gimnasio, un jardín, un salón compartido y una terraza. Todo estuvo perfecto. La atención del personal excelente, principalmente la de Daniela y Ariagna, las recepcionistas fue genial, su carisma y atención fue excelente. El lugar perfecto, apenas para descansar y escuchar los sonidos de la naturaleza. El glamping estaba limpio y ordenado. El desayuno delicioso.

We saw many wildlife including special frogs. To summarize, this place is a must visit.

Incluye 3 camas. Ofreciendo vistas a la montaña, Volcano Tenorio Glamping Ranch - 3 Tents ofrece hospedaje con un jardín, una terraza y instalaciones para parrilladas. Me gusto todo, la amabilidad de los que me recibieron, la comodidad de las camas, la cocina estaba super completa. Una experiencia muy linda.

Con vistas al río, Bitzu Dome-Bijagua Riverside Glamping cuenta con hospedaje con instalaciones para parrilladas y balcón, y se ubica aproximadamente a 37 km de Miravalles Volcano. The Bitzu dome is one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. The dome itself is spacious and comfortable with all of the necessities right there. The host Alex is a very nice guy and very responsive and helpful. He worked with me through some traveling troubles due to a tropical storm and helped me out a lot. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. I highly recommend the Bitzu dome and Bijagua in general if you want to be somewhere a little less touristy and truly get to appreciate the Costa Rican Culture.
