Establecido a 5 minutos a pie de Starhill Gallery, KLoe Hotel ofrece hospedaje de 4 estrellas en Kuala Lumpur y cuenta con una alberca al aire libre. El hotel es lindo y bien ubicado pero las luces en mi cuarto no apagaban, tuve que hacer un cambio de habitación a las 11 pm lo cual no fue nada agradable. Pensé que iban a dar algún tipo de compensación y no me dieron nada. El personal de seguridad que me ayudó a hacer el cambio no me ayudó con nada, ni con mi maleta y fue bien malcriado.

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great — close to eateries and attractions around Serdang. Definitely worth the price, and I’d love to stay here again! 🥰

In the neighborhood there were many eateries and it felt extremely safe to go walking and exploring. We were greeted warmly at check-in and the team at Acappella communicated regularly with us to ensure we were comfortable. We felt very much at home at Acappella!
