Very nice and modern hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. The area is a bit quieter if that's what you like. There is a streetcar stop very close which takes you to the train station/city center and the Miyajima ferry. The peace park is also in walking distance.

Authentic Japanese cuisine featuring fresh seafood is served at restaurant Shioji in a stylish contemporary setting, and the traditional Japanese-style saloon. There is a free coffee lounge on the front lobby floor. The room was several rooms with a private onsen which was fabulous with a view of the Tori gate. Our meal was spectacular 12 courses in a private dining room with a view of the garden. The staff was so helpful and gracious ! Just wish we could have stayed longer. Also, great shuttle to and from this lovely inn!!! Highly recommend ! It was a splurge for us but so worth the memories!!

It is perfectly situated, being far enough away from the crowds, but within easy walking distance of the Torii gate, the "downtown" area, and the ropeway station for the ride up the mountain. Adjacent to the facility is a picturesque stream with the quintessential red colored pedestrian bridge. Be sure to sign up for the delicious breakfast and dinner; the same meal enjoyed by the heads of state at the recent G7 Summit held here. I will definitely be returning with my spouse to bask in the peace and tranquility of Miyajima.

The hot was fantastic. Great, convenient quiet location.

They even helped me with my food allergy and made sure I can eat the food they are offering. The room was quiet with some ocean waves splashing into the shore sounds.
