Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.

Casa Molino offers a wonderful respite.Staff is incredibly accommodating. Hated to leave after four days. Highly recommend

All rooms are beautifully decorated and include cable TV and room service. Angelmo is a 5-minute drive away. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money ($90 per night when I stayed). Nice staff.
