Located right next to the Danube River in the centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau Valley, the Donauwirt offers accommodation with free WiFi access and free private parking. The Danube Bicycle Trail leads past the hotel. The staff were so kind to us. The location is breath-taking. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with a view over the valley and we felt so spoilt. The breakfast provided was much more luxurious and varied than we've had at other places in a similar price-range - there were even local delicacies available. The location is superb, right next to the Danube. We hired bikes from about 50 yards from the entrance to the hotel and were able to cycle beside the Danube and enjoy the river ferry too. We would love to come back!

Guests can relax in a sauna and in the large swimming pond with a wooden deck in the garden. Absolutely everything was sublime! The most obvious full score review I've ever given, by far! This was exceptional! At the end of the stay, we planned to travel to the next place, but ended up booking two more nights! Even the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

It offers rooms with free WiFi, free parking, and a varied breakfast buffet. So much to love about this property! It’s beautiful, historic with many original features, wonderful staff - we booked 5 minutes prior to arriving and they couldn’t do more to make us feel comfortable, beautifully run, amazingly comfortable beds (cycled from passau to Vienna averaging 70km per day and this was my best nights sleep by far!), wonderful breakfast. I really hope we are lucky enough to stay here again one day and have recommended it to family and friends already despite only having stayed there last night. Even the village and neighbouring villages are stunning and rich with history and wine

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The spacious, individually furnished rooms all have air conditioning and overlook the abbey and the surrounding vineyards. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!
