I chose the property as it was within walking distance of the railway station. We arrived in the morning and the proprietor was able to give us our room early. When we departed, his wife kindly drove us to the railway station as it was raining.

New units. With everything you need. Automated self check-in system was great. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet. Good location, near small park for children to play. Great communication from the owner by text. Highly recommended.

Stunning sea view just in frount of the bedroom. The owner will prepare homemade delicous breakfast and we really enjoy the breakfast time. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

A lovely place 5 mins outside kaikoura. Has 2 hot tubs available to use. we went in winter and could easily see the stars. Breakfast was nice and great people, they have a couple of little dogs who were lovely and friendly!
