The people in the surrounding rooms partied till 1am on a Monday night

We stay there every nov for years for my husbands birthday everything about the hotel we love from reception to our room breakfast dinner our walk on the beach so beautiful even its Nov.

Breakfast was lovely The shower and bathroom was wonderful The staff was so helpful

Our stay in riverdale cottage was perfect! A great little trip away with the little ones. Owners were very lovely to deal with, property was extremely clean and decorated fabulously. Grounds surrounding the house are fabulous. We will definitely be returning.

We found everywhere clean and tidy with pleasant and helpful staff. We requested and were given an accessible room which was very well designed to look not like an accessible room just like a good quality room with a good quality wet room yet meeting all needs. Bed 10/10 Towels especially 10/10 Room as a whole 10/10 Another plus was, unlike many other hotels with accessible rooms these were on ground floor and not on upper floors. We have been caught out twice now at hotels with lifts breaking and the problems that causes us. So good planning Radisson. Bar food, good selection and nicely cooked/served, prices fair in current climate. Outside we noticed acres of parking though noticed some blue badge holders unable to get a suitable space. Perhaps a couple more ♿ spaces needed? We were able to charge EV also with two standard speed EasyGo.ie units available, these will charge 99% of EVs unlike other hotels that have Tesla chargers which only charge Tesla vehicles. Only two problems with stay were: The EV spaces were not marked out and I later noticed internal combustion vehicles blocking them, probably unintentionally as chargers don't stand out. Needs a bay at each charger marking to remain available and those bays widened to allow ♿ access. I was lucky I didn't get blocked out of car by neighbouring vehicles as I have previously in similar bays Second thing was not hotel fault at all but next room erupted in noise, music, loud voices, wakening us at 5am with, I presume, early arrival. In fairness they stopped when I knocked wall after 15 mins but that was us awake having hoped to be rested for long drive in morning. If I'm booking into room at 5am I would be, like most people, thinking of other guests sleeping and be quiet as possible, clearly not everyone thinks this way.

What a magnificent place to stay! Gorgeous comfortable rooms, a wonderful lounge area all decked out for Christmas with a wonderful fire. Michael and Sian made us feel right at home and we honestly wanted to stay for longer! They left us a toaster and fridge and provisions for snacks after our massive Christmas dinner at Harvey’s Point (highly recommend) and plenty of firewood.

Great location. Clean bright hotel, which had a dinning room and Bistro. We ate in the Bistro for dinner and breakfast was served in dining room. Breakfast had a good range to choose from. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Our room was overly big but it had all we needed in it. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels etc. would definitely visit again.

Lovely and clean and spacious. Right round the corner from the Main Street in Ballyshannon.
