Everything was fine Staff, was knowledgeable and helpful. Food was good. The ground (lobby, pool, restaurant, etc.) were very nice and clean.

This hotel is really well organized and has all the facilities which you will need after a long travel to raja apmat. The staffs are very kind, I will definitely recommend to have one of the messages here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Vega Prime Hotel! From the very beginning, the warm welcome from Mario and Clara made me feel right at home—they were amazing and set the tone for the entire visit. To my surprise, they even upgraded me to one of the best rooms in the hotel, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on, and I really appreciated the complimentary touches like free coffee, water, and even creamer—it’s the little details that make a big difference. The pool area was so relaxing, a perfect spot to unwind, and the free breakfast was outstanding. There was so much variety: fresh omelets, donuts, croissants, juices, warm Indonesian dishes, and more. Everything was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. Overall, everything about my stay was perfect—from the amazing hospitality to the comfort and amenities. I highly recommend the Vega Prime Hotel and can’t wait to come back!
