Very good hotel, the staff very nice and polite. Many thanks to Elias (the night receptionist) The only bad point is the pool and sauna time, 11-20h. If you want to go to see the city, you will not have time to enjoy these facility due to the later opening time.

I will start with the most important, the human factor. The staff was excellent. Highly professional and courteous. The facility itself is very clean and the room was of high quality materials. We tried the food and again, delicious. we were positively surprised. Finally the location is also very close to the city center.

Exceptional place, a vintage villa full of history, which envelopes you everywhere. Right in the middle of Portaria, with a great view to Makrinitsa and Volos. The rooms are large, with a high ceiling, very nice arranged and very clean. They hosted once kings and queens . Parking , internet, small fridge.     The location of this hotel is great! We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the surroundings a lot. The host was very responsive and called around check in time to also ask if we needed help with getting to the hotel. (Good to know that there is one parking at the beginning of the village where you should park the car and walk even though google maps will try to send you further. The road further than the parking is not the way to the hotel and the quality of the road there deteriorates fast)
