Overall, hotel was awesome. We were super happy with 1) accommodation, 2) staff), 3) facilities, 4) swimming pool, 5) cleanliness ... We had very nice accommodation and large balcony, with a beautiful view over the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel definitely over-achieved our expectations.

The pool and the beach are beautiful and were making sure we could totally relax during our stay in the hotel. Above all, all the staff is just amazing. They were helpfull and always kind and friendly. During the day we could order drinks and cocktails at the bar from the swimmingpool. The room was really big and comfortable and the housekeeping always came by on the time that we were leaving the hotel. At the breakfast the staff was very welcoming, they were making sure to start of your day with a smile. Our holidays in this hotel made our stay in Zakynthos really special. Thank you guys so much, we would love to come back again to you soon.

During my stay at AluaSoul Zakynthos, I was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of the property. Breakfast was ok. The room was very small with very limited storage space. Very low comfort, nothing even close to 4 stars hotel.Bathroom was tiny and with very low level of accessories. Shower gel was available only on request. Overall, it was a great disappointment.
