The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The water and beverages in the room are free. What impressed me most was the garden design on the third floor. The price is also very reasonable.

Everything was as described. The room has a good size and was very clean. The stuff were very helpful and always ready to help whenever i needed help. The breakfast was very good and with good options for westerners. The location is amazing, there is a Metro Station very close to the hotel which make you easily go to anywhere.

It is a nice place to stay. Rooms are very confortable and breakfast was included. It is a 10 minute walk from hongqiao railway station. There is a shopping next to the hotel with many options to eat but note that almost all of them close by 21:00/21:30.
