Staff was good, breakfast was excellent. It was a very nice gym as well. I could not find a toothpaste around, that we normally get in good hotels, so that is something could add more to it. Otherwise, its overall excellent.

Everything . From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we had to say good bye . Staff, room, food, scenery and everything. Most important location of the hotel and value for money. The welcome was friendly...the staff really helpful. We stayed in one of the circus caravans. It was comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. At the campsite shop, you can order fresh bread and croissants for the following morning and there is an on-site restaurant serving delicious and traditional food. The location of the campsite couldn't be better - the surroundings are gorgeous and it is well connected to lots of places of interest. I would recommend staying here.

Great location. Very central. Easy to find. Close to restaurants, supermarket, train. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities (coffee machine, stove, microwave). Good for work (desk, wifi). Decent gym. Stored my luggage for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast is delightful, the rooms are very beautiful, clean, and comfortable! You can't hear the neighbors, nor the cars outside. After reading reviews about this hotel, I was a bit worried about the check-in, but everything was very easy and quick! There is always friendly staff ready to help with any questions at the hotel. The hotel only enhanced our incredible journey through Switzerland. A big thank you to the team of staff for their excellent work!
