The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

The location of the hotel is serene, I loved the interior of the rooms, it was executive, the cleanliness was top notch, i loved the spotless bedsheets and oh yes the nice breakfast.

The hotel is quiet and close to the Geneva Fountain, 15 minutes away. Suitable for families. Our apartment was comfortable, facing the lake. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. It has a nice feature. It has a water sprayer in the bathroom next to the toilet seat for hot and cold water.
