A wonderful place! A lovely family-owned guesthouse with clean and comfortable rooms. Free and easy parking right in front of house. But the best part is the breakfast - I have never seen anything like this before (and I traveled 147 countries). Varied, yummy and prepared, presented with love.

The staff are totally wonderful. They spoiled us from the moment we arrived with fruit and wine. They carried our bags. The place is clean and comfortable. Its very close to the city center. The balcony on our room was perfect. Best place to spend a lazy summer evening. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Armenia. Wonderful place.

Very lovely friendly hosts The room was very clean & smelt beautiful. A large and very comfortable king bed Beautiful courtyard & gardens where we enjoyed coffee & cake and also a delicious breakfast. Great location for Tatev Monastery and it has parking. Perfect place to stay
