This villa is a true gem. The house is cozy, filled with natural light, and tastefully furnished. It's equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fantastic breakfast made from local products. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. I stayed here with a group of five and we were all impressed. I highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.

The legendary Armenian hospitality is absolutely true in the case of this host. The service was amazing and extremely helpful with everything. They even prepared breakfast earlier just for us and arranged transportation to the airport. The breakfasts were very tasty. The property is located in a rapidly developing part of the city, with a 24/7 supermarket nearby. It’s also close to the trail junction leading to the Three Peaks Trail and Haghartsin Monastery. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Highly recommended!"

The hotel was very nice and had many facilities. Location was fantastic but really what sale this place to me was the staff .So respectful,helpful, and amazing. I was so touched by their level of commitment.

Karine and Tigram are very nice hosts and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The house is modern and has a big garden and a playground for kids. The rooms are also quite big and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Amazing location with astonishing view and incredible breakfast. It located almost on the top of the mountain and you can see the whole valley. We were lucky to stay there during thunderstorm and that looked amazing!
