The employees were absolutely lovely, from the cleaning team (Ankit, Florence) and around the swimming pool (Sami & Tin) will took a really good care of us. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Crown Plaza hotel for a week, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruits, Eid chocolates, desserts, and complimentary toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel restaurant served some of the most delicious meals I have ever tasted. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, and the selection of wines was excellent. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel also had two bars and lounge areas, which provided a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff was always on hand to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and delicious food, then this is the place for you. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
