The hospitality was truly exceptional – every member of the staff was extremely well-trained, humble, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their cooperative nature made our stay smooth and comfortable. Food from the in-house restaurant was amazing and the bar on top has a lovely sitout and we had beautiful late evenings with even live music on Friday night. The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Kathmandu, offering mesmerizing views that truly elevate the entire experience. Whether it was the rooms, service, food, or the overall ambiance – everything exceeded our expectations. Particularly great for families with kids. This hotel will always be our first and only choice whenever we visit Kathmandu again. Highly recommended with no second thoughts! Kudos to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable.

Thanks to Aikawa, I spent a very memorable two days and two nights in Chitwan. Milan made a very pleasant itinerary for us（Expensive but worth it）, helped us book flights, and took us to visit Tarau village. The jungle guide Rajendra was a sharp eye, good at spotting wild animals and various birds like radar. It was super fun to meet jackals, elephants, and rhinos. The young driver Subas drove steadily, was polite and very friendly. All the staff in the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and the food was beyond expectations. Thumbs up to the chef! I like Aikawa very much！

I think there really is not enough time to tell everything about what I loved about Basera Boutique Hotel. After getting off the airplane at Tribhuvan International Airport, I met my driver, who came to pick me up in the hotel's van. Since it took time for me to get my visa and to clear through customs and such, he had been waiting for over an hour to meet me. He was still very kind as he answered my questions in English and helped to welcome me to Nepal, which was my first time. After about 20 minutes, I noticed a beautiful structure in front of me, which was exactly the same as the amazing pictures used to advertise the hotel. As we pulled into the entrance, we were greeted by a security guard who opened my door and saluted me, welcoming me to the hotel. After my bags were taken to the front desk, I was greeted by, I believe, a man named Kushal. At first, I did not know if this very kind-hearted, extremely caring, and informative man was typical of the staff in the hotel and Nepalese in general. Before giving me a key, telling me about the hotel, and trying to get the paperwork out of the way, Kushal asked me how my trip was, where I was from, whether it was my first time coming to Nepal, and what would I be doing during my stay. I welcomed this type of kindness very much. However, Kushal's kindness was not an anomaly at the hotel. The next morning for breakfast, I was greeted by a similar kind soul at the restaurant. The waitress was so welcoming and kind-hearted as she guided me around the absolutely amazing buffet-style breakfast. There was an impressive mix of Nepalese food and Western food. I remember the delicious French toast that came with three different types of syrups, plus several different types of bread, countless types of vegetables and fruit, and made-to-order dishes like omelets. Delicious food, amazing traditional Nepalese atmosphere, and second-to-none service are only a few of the items waiting for you in Basar Boutique Hotel.

Extremely comfortable beds. Beautiful smell/scent around entire hotel. The Swimming pool although it was on a different floor to sauna and steam room it was the highlight of our stay.
