He took the time to recommend the best places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool is a great spot to relax, offering beautiful views of Marrakech. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety to start the day right. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV are included in every air-conditioned suite. Each individually decorated suite has a private bathroom, a lounge and a view of the surrounding area. Guests received a VIP welcome with tea and Moroccan pastries. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and included a downstairs bedroom, as well as an upstairs suite - which perfectly suited our needs. The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

Each air-conditioned room has Moroccan décor with terrace with views over the garden. They are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and very enjoyable spa treatments. Our room was large, bright and comfortable. The hotel is a truly beautiful little oasis.

It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and believe me I’ve stayed at quite a few great ones around the world. I loved the facilities, the home away from home feel. The food is amazing. Desserts are delicious. The attentiveness of staff. Ismail the concierge is super amazing. Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family

Riad Sybil Boutique Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Marrakech. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel has a bar and a spa and wellness centre. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bahia Palace. Stunning, immaculately clean, great location (quiet, incredibly safe, even at night: we walked close to 11pm, and felt very safe). Staff was so courteous. Our breakfasts and dinners were same level as at Le Marocain. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This was our first visit to Marrakesh, and will be back!!

Everything was perfect: spacious rooms with attention to every detail, even for kids. They had child-sized bathrobes, slippers, a kids club, and a fun donkey ride with the famous Sugar and Brownie. The welcome was exceptional, with all staff greeting us warmly and gifting the kids small donkeys. The hotel manager, Mr. Raghun, personally checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Rizk at breakfast for his kindness, and to Essam and Mohsen, the friendly golf car drivers who made getting around so easy. The staff overall were incredibly warm and helpful. The Michelin-starred Indian restaurant was amazing, and the room A/C was so good we forgot how hot it was outside. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely return!
