The 5-star hotel is a 3.5-hour drive from the airport. What an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It felt like they had thought of everything from live music, magicians, music in the bathrooms and such a beautiful setting in the forest/jungle. The monkeys are so fun to watch especially the ones with the black faces. Yes this hotel is on the higher price point but it’s worth it for the atmosphere and attention from the many staff. Everything can be arranged by the reception with many experiences or a tuk tuk if you need to go to Dambulla. The buffet dinner is amazing with so much to choose from and of high quality and the buffet breakfast is delicious also.

It was such a thoughtful surprise that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is very close to Lion Rock in Sigiriya, which makes it the perfect place to stay when visiting Sri Lanka. The please is really nice! its very close to Dambulla - Colombo road, but once you turn to the hotel road it feels like you are entered to a jungle and from there on wards you will feel real tropical life feeling through out the stay.

Loved their hospitality, I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have leisure, cozy, nature filled stay. At the end of our stay the general manager has gifted us their own grown tea sample. Overall it's a great experience.
