Nuestra estadia coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi marido y lo sorprendieron con arreglos sobre la cama y una mini torta en la nevera. Nos dieron los desayunos para llevar a nuestra visita temprana a los templos, el desayuno es excelente, el restaurante tiene opciones muy buenas, la piscina es muy agradable y está ubicado muy cerca del centro. Destaco la amabilidad de todo su personal. Ojalá podamos volver en alguna otra oportunidad.

Convenientemente ubicado en Siem Reap, Le Grande Indochine Hotel ofrece habitaciones climatizadas con WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía y servicio a la habitación. La amabilidad del personal del mesón y la cocina. La comida buena calidad y buen precio. La piscina el complemento ideal al regresar de un día extenuante visitando templos. Prácticamente no tienes que salir del hotel más que para los tours.

Our 4 night stay at the Grand Yard La Residence was a great experience. Chan, Justin and the team are wonderful hosts. The hotel is nicely designed, with spacious rooms, and kept immaculately clean. But it was the little thoughtful touches that impressed us the most. Chan arranged bike hire for us, having the bikes delivered and picked from the hotel. When arriving back from hot bike rides, the team was always waiting with a cold towel as we came in through the door. They hold a tea time every afternoon between 2-4, where you are able to try a range of teas and enjoy a local snack for free. The staff are incredibly friendly and like to hear about your day. I would also like to mention the hotel drivers, both transfers to and from the airport were arranged via the hotel. The drivers were engaging and had so much local knowledge to share. When we were out cycling at the temples one day, and the heat had become too much for our daughter, Pi (one of the drivers) spotted us and arranged for a tuk tuk to come out from the hotel to pick up us and our bikes. The following day, Pi took us on a tuk tuk tour of the temples, which would we would highly recommend. Stopping at interesting spots and waiting while we explored, took the stress out of the day. Such a lovely tour guide. We would throughly recommend Cambodia as a holiday destination. The temples are magical and so easily accessed. The town of Siam Reap is vibrant and there are so many places to eat, all serving excellent meals. And finally the people, they are so welcoming and friendly, there is such a spirit of community. We will definitely be returning and will choose Grand Yard La Residence as our hotel again!!!

The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and room service was excellent – pizza, fries, and more. Each room had a water dispenser with hot, cold, and room-temperature water – very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates, and everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The gym was top-notch – fully equipped and impressive. And the bio pools were stunning, surrounded by nature and even included a fun water slide. The hotel is beautifully designed in a White Lotus-inspired style, with greenery all around. Probably the best hotel in all of Cambodia – highly recommended!

Es el primer establecimiento que encuentro que reañmente merece un 10. La villa era preciosa, impecable, silenciosa, privada. El desayuno maravilloso y te lo traen a la propia villa, lo tomábamos junto a la piscina. El personal increíblemente amable. No nos gustan los grandes hoteles, y este alojamiento era perfecto para nosotros. Lo recomendaremos siempre!!! No tuvimos tiempo de probar el Spa porque siempre estaba lleno - así que imagino que es excelente también!
